Had this after each delivery, no side effects.
i am assuming you have antibodies antentally, ask midwife or doctor.
sorry jb, didnt read your question properly. no i have no experience of having this injection
My colleague's daughter got it whilst pregnant (I'd thought that quite odd as I'd had it after my daughter was born - but apparently it's the done thing these days) and she had no side effects.
I'm due mine at the beginning of December - had one before with my first, and there were no side effects. I think my daughter had an injection because of this when she was born, or did I have to have a second injection after birth? My mind's a bit fuzzled now, but the injection(s) are nothing to worry about.

thanks all. I've got mine on weds this week (can't believe it's 28 weeks already!). my main concern is that they've arranged it to be sandwiched in the middle of my glucose testing - me, no food, needles, fainting?!
I had mine done in my thigh after the birth. I remember it stung but it was over in seconds.
