chicken pox help!!

hi i look after my niece during the week and today i have noticed spots on her belly which i think are chicken pox. i am 10 weeks pregnant, am i still ok to look after her if i have had chicken pox as a child.

congratulations ethan-ryan on your pregnancy!. Sqad is the medical expert, but it doesn't sound like you need to worry. I regularly get shingles (had it 3 times in first pg and twice this time around am 37 wks) and have had no ill effects on baby. xx
