Any weird or wonderful ones going on out there in Answerbank land??
None for me, I'm afraid. I'm 24 weeks gone, and the strangest one I've had so far is chocolate bars dunked in thousand island dip. Other major ones are porridge; and Jaffa Cakes is custard...
I've heard of people craving soil and coal and the like...was just interested to here other peoples odd eating habits??

not for me either. All I crave is Haribo Gold bears. Can't get enough of them
I'm 32wks pregnant and was hoping for some crazy cravings but no i just keep eating loads of ice cubes
well im over 29weeks pregnant and the only thing i seem to be craving is chocolate, cakes, anything sweet basically.
before i was pregnant i was never interested in sweet things, always been more of a savoury person but now i find myself eyeing up cream cakes n chocolate in shops, its annoying lol baby's must have a very sweet tooth (even though they dont have teeth yet lol)
No, none really. I did go through a phase of wanting Nandos Olives, but nothing unusual.
Nor me. I WANTED to have a weird craving, so that I could laugh about it in later years, but I didn't with either of my two pregnancies.

for my daughter it was popcorn & marshmallows and for son - pakoras with chillies
Lol. My mum said she had this thing for smelling creosote when she was expecting one of us. Another time it was soap.
Last time it was Babybels and this time it's Vimto - gallons and gallons of the purple wonder juice!!

i have a real thing about sweet and savoury together...doritos (cool flavour) and rice krispoe squares munched together are another favourite of mine
My mum used to crave the Bertie in the liqourice allsorts (you know the little man that there is only one of per pack ) but just the bertie no others
hmmm - interesting.. with my daughter is was creme eggs and apples.. and with my son it was salt and vinegar crisps and vodka (!) so it seems sweet equals a girl and savoury equals a boy.. and sweet and sour.. well.. make up your own mind!! lol ;-)
this is so true i craved every kind of sweet food you can think of, sweets, cakes, fruit,s&s chinese and sweet korma with my daughter, with my son it was meat and mash all the way, infact i dont think ive ever eaten so much mash ever as i did with him, it was more than once a day etc plus cheddars biccys lots of savoury. now thought our little girl wont touch chinese or curry anything adventurous for her and my son will eat curry and rice raw onions peppers anything like that till he bursts. daughter is strictly normal plainer foods, give her a roast dinner anyday and she scoffs the lot! daughter is nearly 6 and son is just gone 3, very odd!
