We've just started trying for a baby and I've been told by my friend that swimming doesn't help. I've googled it and not found any evidence that it can hinder the chances, but does anyone know. Or does anyone have any top tips! Thanks

I have never heard of this but know swimming is a good excercise for during pregnancy.

Take a look at this link, hopefully it may help.

On reflection the question title is slightly dubious! Not sure how it'd go down at my local gym. Plus my husband is a rubbish swimmer, he'd definitely sink! Thanks for the answers x
its not your husband you should be worried about be able to swim though :-)
