Sorry, but Im going to fire lots of questions at you!
Are you booked in with a midwife and have you had your first scan yet? Also when are you next due to see your midwife?
I dont know what kind of stress your boyfriend is putting on you but no stress would be best for you and your baby right and your boyfriend needs to realise this asap!
Can I ask who lost their baby....Im asuming it was onyour boyfriends side as he has taken it so bad.
You need to keep reminding him that it is not doing you or your baby youre having together any good and as much as you are being there for him, he needs to be there for you two too!
With regards to the pain, depending on how bad they are and where they are, I would contact your midwife if I was you. Explain what has happened and the pains youre having.......tell her everything though, playing it down wont help you. Just remember though, the pains may be part of the natural process of change your body is going through.
But always be on the safe side, call your midwife!
As above, speak to your midwife but it could be something very simple. I had very bad stomach pains at about that time, I was often bent over double praying for it to stop, turned out it was just very bad constipation!!!!!! After taking the midwifes advice to eat lots more fibre etc it did ease off thankfully.
It could be IBS which is caused by stress and depression. I had this really bad during pregnancy. i was alone and homeless and in a bad emotional state.
There were certain types of food that made it worse, like cheese but this is different for everyone. Its best not to change diet when your pregnant but eating healthy things like salads and fish could help.
The most important thing to do is try to reduce the stress in your life, i know this is difficult. i went to yoga classes which helped but i think you need to talk to your boyfriend about how you are feeling.
my son is now four so its a while ago now, i am very happy in my life now and i havent had IBS for a long time.
I hope it gets better for you.
