I have multicystic ovaries and possible endo or blocked tubes. Having lap and dye and hysteroscopy in december.
Meanwhile when i cough i get pain around my ovaries - why?? :-(

There are many reasons for abdominal discomfort or pain when you cough. For you this might include be due to the size of the cysts pushing on other structures, twisting of the cysts, or even the cysts leaking some fluid into the abdomen that causes irritation.

For reassurance I would go back and chat to your GP.
