Is anyone having trouble answering Q. 90 - Who had the 1st Christmas which mentioned Christmas in it's title? Don't know if it means first Christmas hit or first Christmas number one or whether it means uk only or uk and usa ? I've got answers, just don't know which one to put. I've tried emailing the quiz setter but haven't had a reply.

Christmas Alphabet - Dickie Valentine?

Thanks Scorpiojo. I had that for if the question meant first number one but if it means just the first Chrismas hit/ song it could be Perry Como "it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas " 1951 or even a 1938 song with Christmas in the title by -forgotten his name now without looking it up again ! Think I'll stick with your answer and assume it means first number one hit. Thanks very much.
I assumed when it said 1st Christmas no. 1 it meant UK.

Confusion !! My question sheet doesn't mention the words "No. 1". It just says " Who had the first Christmas which mentioned Christmas in it's title "
Sorry Maisie, different quiz I'm thinking of

No problem -could still be same quiz but correct version may have been reprinted after mistake had been found in earlier copies. It does happen. Still think your answers right though.
Dickie Valentine had a hit with Christmas Alphabet in the 50s- maybe worth looking into that
Sorry, if I havent replied?? I have replied to every email I have received, but I was in hospital for a while before xmas so may have been delayed. However if its not toolate it should read No I (uk) many apologies.
