my soon to be ex husband is now living with his new partner and her son. Will her income be taken into account when working out child maintenance for my children as he gets a deduction for her son

As far as i know its only his wages that are taken into account.

when you say deduction? do you mean from his wages? is he paying for her son?? thats very strange
His wages only are taken into account on the new system. If his new partner is still on the old system for maintenance, then yes his wage would be taken in to account as well.
