Hi - a friend has just had twins (she also has a 23 month old) I haven't really known her that long but would really like to get a very useful pressie for her/her other child - I expect everyone will go bananas for the twins! Any ideas?? thanks x

the lady who started this idea was on Chris Evans Drive Time last night;

If you know her well enough, a home made voucher promising child minding whilst she has a bath, does her ironing or goes to bed for an hour will be most welcome.

You could just stay in her house looking after the children - you don't have to take them out.

Or offer to mind the twins whilst she has some time with the elder child.

Really, in the first few months, time to herself will be blissful. :)

What about taking the older child out for a little trip - doesn't have to be expensive, feed the ducks, go to the park and a cafe for a cake and milk. I am sure that both would appreciate that. Don't know if the older child is a boy or a girl, but maybe a little doll or bear that they can take care of themselves - put a nappy on it so that they can be just like mummy.

As for mummy - do the ironing!!!
Take the older child out and give the mum time with the twins or you could take the older child out and give them some money mabey to get somthing for the twins because they might not of had the chance to do this .
