No, Dwight Yorke doesn't have contact with Harvey. He also denied being his father untill it was proved via DNA that he was.

Well I've read her book and she does say that he didn't want contact to begin with, but then changed his mind and wanted to see him. She goes on to say that he wasn't able to cope with his health needs and it all fizzled out!

I know she is bias as she wrote the book, but he has never contested it, so I imagine there is truth in how little he does see him!
