Do any ladies out there have any experience of using one of these? I find it is taking an age to express 1oz of milk (about 30 mins) regardless of if it is first thing in the morning or last thing at night.
I have checked all the valves etc and am sure I am using it correctly.
Did anybody else find it took a long time to express using this pump, or do you think it might be broken?
Many thanks

I think this video may help you see if you're using it right:

I've had this problem with this pump too - I have tried at different times of day and tried repositioning it but to no avail. Prior to this pump I used the Avent manual pump and had exactly the same problem, I am really annoyed at myself for wasting the money.

Not sure about you but I am fairly busty, even before having a baby, so I think it might be down to the size of my boobs and so I ordered a bigger size breast shield from medela but I ordered it last weekend and it still hasn't arrived so I can't tell you yet whether that is what the problem is / was!
