Hi- my daughter is 8 weeks pregnant (great news!) and would like to use the reusable, washable nappies. She's looking at the Bambino Mio range at the moment but would like to have some feedback on different brands, which are best, most economical, comfortable etc. Any help appreciated.

Im using bambino mio for day time and at night my little one uses mother-ease and both work great. I bought 20cloth "bits" and sixs outer wraps i generally wash them every third day and because they dry quick this seems the right amount. I bought 4 mother-ease and he never wets through in the night as they are so thick. Plus if you need to leave baby with family they are so easy to use. I dont soak them just pre wash with no powder yhen a 60 wash with non-bio any stains disapear when hung out to dry. I have found them so east to use. i did use disposables for the first week he was born but have not used one since. If you need more advice look at www.borndirect.com i live in bristol where they have a shop and found them really helpful but there website is good to. Dont forget to contact your local council as many offer money off vouchers. I got 30 towards mine. Sorry if this goes on a bit. congratulation to you and your daughter

We used Kooshies which were okay but did leak at night. They washed and dried easily and looked great and were adjustable and comfy.
