False Allegations

I just received a letter from a law office concerning a neighbor's compaint. He claims that my fence encroaches upon his property, he was injured as a result, and is threating to sue if I do not move it. I know with 100% confidence that my fence does not encroach upon his property, my neighors does but mine does not as we are not even in adjacent lots. My fence does encroach upon my rear neighbors but he doesn't mind nor is he part of the complaint. Can I file a claim in small claims court for false allegations and harassment? This is the second threating letter I have received.

ethell should let you know she is 1 to see,
Is this a UK question? - use of the words 'law office' and 'lots' suggest it is not.
'neighbor' also suggests non-UK.

In the UK the small claims courts are for debts, not claims like this.
The fact your neighbour is suing you because they ran into your fence tells me you must be American! That could only happen in America! lol
Bloody petty neighbours eh !!! U should be able to do them for some form of harrassment. Mine have made my life a misery. If u find out, let me know !! Cheers
