I am in a long term relationship and I thought I loved my boyfriend......until I met a guy where I work. We have said hello and made small talk when we've passed each other but apart from that we've never really spoke. Its just that when I see him I feel like a teenager again. It was like an instant attraction and I feel like we have some connection with each other. Am I in the wrong relationship or am I just going through a mid life crisis....at 29???

No - it's just that the thought of something new is exciting. Unfortunately I think us girls are in the habit of feeling we have 'a connection' with blokes when really nothing has happened and to me it looks as though that's what's happening here.

It doesn't mean you're in the wrong relationship at all and is probably just a phase - especially since you've said you've hardly spoken to this second guy. Avoid bumping into him if you can and see how you are feeling in a couple of weeks before doing anything drastic.
I agree with Sasha -I would NEVER give up my relationship with my husband however I have had friendships not relationships which had me wondering.
At the end of the day I can barely see what the interest was and I love my husband so much I cant envisage life without him -we have been through the rough and the smooth -thats the difference !!

Its a nice feeling but thats all it is.

Thanks guys for the advice. The thing thats getting to me most is that I dont think I actually fancy my b/f anymore. And I know it sounds bad but I keep thinking what it would be like to get with this other bloke. I'm thinking maybe its time to move on!!!!!
try to think about you and your bf first... what it is that keeps you together, what it is that makes you think the relationship may have run its course. My guess is the new guy is just a side-effect of your doubts; anyway, sort our your current relationship before rushing into a new one.

(And my instant reaction was that if you're feeling like a teenager then there's a strong element of fantasy and wishful thinking at work, which is not a great foundation for a new relationship.)
If you feel it's over with your current boyfriend, finish it with him. Have a break, then look at a new relationship - I think you're excited about this second bloke partly because you think it's over with the first but you're not quite ready to branch out on your own yet. I speak from experience here. Think very carefully, make any decisions about your current relationship based on the relationship alone, not this other guy - otherwise you may find yourself taking a course of action you regret in the future.
Yeah, don't do anything you would regret. If you get those teenage feelings, just enjoy them, it shows you are still alive. Its only natural to look, as long as you don't touch (that's naughty). Myabe you just need try to get some fire back in your relationship if it is a little stale. BRING BACK SOME PASSION..
