As an occasional Answerbank contributor I've often been irritated by not being able to break my reply into paragraphs (return spaces seem to be ignoredd). However some people obviously know the trick. What is it?

I've posted some replies where the line feeds have disappeared, only to reappear later - perhaps due to the intervention of the AB Editor??

To get a line break but the letters BR inside the brackets that look like the letter V turned on it's side (if I write it out it will simply create a line break!
A paragraph break works on the same principle... bracketPbracket
I would never

have thought

raw html would do it!

Write some text then type < B R > (only without the spaces) and this will give a new line. Therefore, to leave a space, type this twice
