i use haliborange, dont know if they've worked but heh worth a go.
I give them to my son and they definately seem to have helped his concentration, I don't know how much of this is "all in his mind" but it won't do any harm

My 16-year old heard about them and decided they might help in build-up to GCSE's.

If nothing else she seemed to think they were helping, and therefore was happy to study. GCSE results were way above what we were expecting, though this may have been good "expectation management" on her part !prove interesting.

If nothing else will prove good for the arteries.

A few of my friends give their 3-year-olds Omega3 and they all say that they have noticed a difference in their child's behaviour. They concentrate more and their behaviour is somewhat calmer. Which reminds me, I have heard such positive reports about this that I am going to get some when I go shopping.
My son has aspergers syndrome which causes him to be quite distressed alot of the time - Ive had him on smart omega3 for just under a year and there is a huge improvement in his concentration and he is substantially calmer, so i would definately recommend it.
