I need help finding the name of some mariachi music. I'm guessing it's a common piece because a mariachi band i saw played it every time they moved from table to table, as a kind of interlude. It was quite fast, fun and up-beat using lots of plucking and staccato with no lyrics. The sound reminded me of somebody quickly tiptoeing around. Any ideas?! I can clearly remember the music in my head so would quickly recognise it should i hear it again. P.S. It's not 'La Cucaracha'

Hi GP, I love finding answers to question like this but I think I might be struggling with this one...

...however, have a look on here

It gives some musical demo's of songs and the bottom right has some other examples of songs by Los Lobos (who tend to do a lot of popular songs in that style)

Let me know how you get on.
Does it sound anything like this Youtube video? (There are no lyrics though, it's only music)
