Why waste everyone's money on solicitors and courts? Be the reasonable adults your kids need and sort it out between yourselves, you know the man, is he trying to grow up now and be the dad he wasn't 3 years ago? Your children are too young to remember him but just the right age to start to establish a good relationship with him and create the memories.
