Of course not. There are many women who are unable to have children for medical reasons, who would have made good mothers given the chance. And there are also many women who have children who neglect and abuse their children. And then there are those with children who are brilliant mothers. So it's a bit of a mixture, which comes down to the woman's individual character and nothing to do with whether she has children or not.
joet, are you male of female? and why would you ask such a bizarre question?
of course not, what a strange question
Got to be a wind-up surely?

no it's been said to me many times
I think probably women with children could be considered blessed, as long as they appreciate that, childless women are not the same as women who have not had children, a childless woman who calls herself that has obviously feelings of being left out and somehow inferior, I can understand how some childless women feel that because society can put that role on a woman. No one is any better nor any worse than any other normal person. There are always exceptions though
we all live with the hand we have been dealt. the fact that I managed to have children certainly doesn't make me any better than a woman who can't, or doesn't want to have children.

so.. male or female?
I know where you're coming from, joet. I know of some women who think they're a better person because they've spent life bringing up children. Who think their life is more fulfilling than a childless woman's.
the whole thing is i suppose that women who have never been mothers do not know what it is like to be a mother. Mothers do not know what it is like to never have been a mother. Therefore, comparisons are useless, like saying "are women better peple than men" - no way of telling people are just people!
No they shouldn't but in some cultures they are. There again women who bear son ae considered better then women who bear daughters and so it could go on.
