There was a documentary on the tv a while ago about a village that speciaised in the care of disabled people, it was specially set up, so they could live normal lives and they all had a job in the community, it included post ofiice, village shop etc etc. I'm sure it was in somewhere beginning with H (Hampton or something like that, I wish I had made a note at the time). I know there was another documentary on recently about a similar vilage in Botton, Whitby, North Yorkshire.
