i have been divorced for 4 years now we 2 children together i have remarried 3months ago we also have a child together, can my ex stop me from moving to the south of ireland,he sees the children but not very often and my new husband has brought our son up from being a baby,we do get on well and i dont want us to fall out over this but the kids will have a better life over there as we have family over there aswell, his name is on there birth certs,and he will get lots of chances to see them as my family live over here still.this is something am wanting to do in the future so i need to get all the information i can just so i know what to expect so thankyou if you have anything you can pass on.

I think he could - but I am not a legal expert. You would need his permission to take them out of the UK, as I understand it.
