We've recently had our bathroom refurbished and have put in a duel fuel towel radiator, ie central heating and electric. The electrician has put the kudox wall control in the airing cupboard which backs onto the bathroom which seems to me to be useless as you want it handy in the bathroom. The control is the type with the Eco switch to turn it off after two hours. I have tried to understand the IEE bathroom zone regs. but would just like to know whether it can be fitted in the bathroom.

It is my understanding that, unless switches are operated by a cord-pull, they must be placed outside of the bathroom.

If the control can be fitted outside zone 2 then yes but without a plan of your bathroom I cant advise.Try to live with it as its in the best position IMO.
