90s ice lolly??

I'm trying to remember the name of a yummy ice lolly I used to have in the 90s. It was 2 shades of green, just flavoured ice, shaped like a twister. The stick was round and wooden, and you got a plastic propeller bit that went on the stick when finished and made a dragonfly toy/helicopter?
