please can you let me know if someone with copd who cannot work and receives benefits but husband is working would still qualify for free prescriptions.Thanks

I dont work but I'm not on benifits so I get a PERSCRIPTION PAYMENT CARD £28 for 3 month and I save a fortune as I take about 6 different types of drugs. so if you can't claim them free look into this.
