I don't know what a Factors Bill is, but I still would say no.
although I am confused.. you're claiming benefits and running a business?

what benefits are you getting?

when / where did I say I was running a business ???
A factors bill is for maintenance/ building insurance for the building that I live in.
I am on Employment support allowance as I was made redundant in October after working for 34 years and am now too ill to work at the moment.
Are you ever going to put questions into the question box and not the title box?

Attention : Skyline D....
Why dont you stop being so rude and mind your own business.
Have you never made a mistake with anything before ??????????????
You seem to be very easily annoyed.
pots and kettles...
I agree with skyline. I'm sure you'll remember me pointing out that your questions would be easier to read if you put them in the right box and not all in the title box.

It would help us help you if you could tell us what a factors bill is.

What form of JSA are you on? Income based or contribution based?
so not a bill you've tendered for your advice then factor??
I think a Factor is the agent for a building in Scotland.
Factor this person is not on JSA according to this

Hi donkeymike. Yes he should ring the helpline.
I can't see from your link why you say it's not JSA. I know from experience JSA still exists at the rate of £64.30 pw
just for the (very boring) record, I assumed it was a typo and was supposed to say Factory Bill.

I am on employment support allowance which pays the same amount as JSA.
ESA as it is known is for someone who has been signed off by their Doc as unfit for work and unfit to seek work.
Also Pea Pod is right - a factor is a company that looks after a block of flats or houses for example and does maintenance etc if and when required.
They also arrange insurance for the whole building.

do you own the flat then?

when residents of the flats i used to live in werent able to pay a letter threatening removal of lease would often prompt the mortgage company to pay it and add it to mortgage.
