i was left a share of a house in a will. at present the house is still occupied. i want to sell this part of my share as i am raising funds for a mortgage and i have a loan, hire purchase, csa and a credit card to pay off due to my now ex!!!! who will but it from me as the money would be like winning the lottery for me right now.
