Charge on a Property

A property developer owes my company money, he says he has no money until he has sold his property. Submitting a ccj would be no good because it is a Ltd company. Can we put a charge on the property to receive the money when it is sold.

Yes, but if the property development owns property in its own right, you should be able to put a charge on it.
