Money Claim Online - which is the online county court procedure - i'm puzzled about issue regarding evidence- do you have to submit this online or post? - AND i assume evidence is only required if defendant disputes?

Money claim online is for simple matters which do not require full pleadings. You submit your claim online.

If the D does not defend you get judgement in default.

If the D does defend, the case will be allocated to the Court for the convenience of D. Thereafter directions will be given for the submission of evidence which has to be in a form laid down by the CPR, has to be submitted in writing and served on both the Court and the other party.
