Help I have look on the land registry fees it says to pay �50 but the lady on the phone at weymouth office said it will cost �150 TO PUT MY NAME ON THE DEEDS OF MY HUSBANDS HOUSE

It is a Scale 2 fee and is assessed on the value of the share being transferred. There is no �150.00 Sclae 2 Fee. The �50.00 Fee is for transactions between �100,001 and �200,000.
