I have been unemployed for 6 months and my jobseekers allowance has run out.I have been told I can apply for pension credits, but have been told unofficialy ,because my wife is working full time I wont be entitled to it.Is there anything I can claim for.The money I got on Jobseekers although not a lot, helped pay a few bills.

you can't claim Pension Credits if your wife works full time. not sure what else there may be for you but you could look here..

http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/MoneyTaxAndBenefit s/index.htm

and you can always try claiming Housing Benefit (if you're paying rent) and Council Tax Benefits from your local authority.
you should ask at your local job centre how to claim tax credits or if you have children working family tax credits . or ring 08453003900. thats the tax credits help line. they should be able to help x
