I ordered goods and payed with my credit card via Paypal.The goods never arrived,it was a scam.I contacted my credit company and they gave me a chargeback against Paypal .I have my money,the credit card company have theirs,but Paypal are out of pocket.Is there any way that Paypal can get their money from me?

I doubt paypal will be able to get any money out of you. They will suffer the loss if they cannot get it fom the fraudster.

 

But that is why they charge 4% a transaction - to cover them in these sort of cases
