Reopening of Consent Order

The consent order was signed and sealed by the court in Feb 2008. My x wife is now contesting the consent on the grounds that I gave false information at the time and I was "co-habiting" at that time and indeed to date. Although I have a partner, I was not co-habiting and had no intent of doing so. She is stating that I have more disposable income because of co-habiting - again unjustified and untrue. I rent a flat which I did at the time and still am, I pay my council tax at that address etc etc. I am paying my x wife �1300 per month, 50% morgtage and 50% utility bills, this includes maintenance for two children, (16 and 18 years). I have been this amount for 5 years when we originally parted. She earns a decent salary in her own right over �30k. She has already once tried to contest consent order 3 months ago on the grounds that I was made redundant and received a redundancy payment, she said I knew about it. I did not and it was proved with letters and dates etc.. It appears she is now trying a different angle. My question, is she likely to succeed? She has no material evidence although is asking me to provide all sorts of irrelevant information. Sorry, bit of a long one!
