I've just topped up my 3G (with 3) broadband account and I went to activate it and it says I need a 16 digit voucher number. I don't have a 16 digit voucher number but my account is showing at a healthy 25. My broadband ends in two days and I'd like to ensure that it continues, (watching items on Ebay). The first time I charged it at the shop but they said I could do it online once I'd registered my card, which I've obviously dutifully done and just attempted to make work,

What did I do wrong this time?

Cheers

The 16 digit number is written on the voucher, a series of 4x4 sets of digits. I would suggest you register your credit/debit card with 3 mobile on line using the form for the purpose on their web site . In the mean time phone them to ensure that your 25 credit is genuine as I can't see how your voucher can have been credited to your account without entering the 16 digit number.

That's exactly what I did wasp and I assumed that I would be given a link to a 16 digit number after I topped up but apparently not! I'm not having a great day with computers all things considered.

I shall phone them tomorrow.
