in the middle of selling off my late fathers assets to pay off large inheritance tax loan from bank...if i decided to stop signing anything from now on due to aggressive overbearing and sometimes threatening brother not wanting to come to any amicable arrangement for my son to be added to will. what would happen if i didnt sign papers, apart from myself having a huge debt with the bank,,,would my brother inherit my share also, or would everything be on hold? could anything be signed without me. advice much appreciated. i have recently moved to a quiet village and dont really have any one to ask for advice and dont want to ask our solicitor i feel awkward.
