hi can you help i have these four catologues with my husband and because of a situation out of our control we cannot meet there minmum payments i have kept on giving them 25 pound a month and the charges are 24 a month they will not except this as a plan i have give them the option of accepting it other wise i will go through the cccs i have also not sighned no credit agreements with them can the still take me to court thanks

yes they can take you to court as long as they can prove you owe the money, which they will be able to do by showing you have been making payments.
As you have already worked out, it is easier to negotiate with them and the cccs or cab will help with this
They may well protest but just pay them what you can afford. They will always accept money even if it is less than what you should be paying. As long as you can demonstrate you are paying they will not bother going to court. Stop ordering and bin the catalogues, they are a hideously expensive way to buy things.
