I recieve Incapacity benefit and a small income support top up,plus housing benefit and council tax relief,Now I am going into full time education.How will course fees,maintenance loan and a supplementary grant,affect these benefits? do I declare them,and if so to whom ?

You may or may not be able to continue your claim for incapacity benefit.

"The Disability Officer or Student Services Officer at your college or university will be able to advise you. You can also get information from Skill (the National Bureau for Students with Disabilities)."

You will have to inform the DSS of your extra income, and your council. They need to know all your income.

Although Incapacity Benefit isn't means tested in the strict sense, they still need to know changes in your circumstances
