I am travelling to St. Pancras next week, I live in Tadworth so can go from there or Epsom or Sutton, can anyone give me the quickest route.

assuming you're not travelling at the weekend (when the cross-London route will be closed), easiest way is by "Thameslink" direct from Sutton to St Pancras.
