Transferring money

My sister lent a friend of hers some money, which she has been unable to pay back as she cant afford it. Her friends brother who is based in the army in Germany has said that he will lend it to his sister so she can pay my sister back what she owes her. My question is that her brother had transferred the money from his account to my sisters friends account on Friday via the internet but because he is based in Germany how long does it take to reach my sisters friends bank account. As according to the friend she has not recieved it yet. My sister thinks she may be lying about it. Oh it was only for �150.00 if thats makes a difference.

It can take a few working days, so Saturday and Sunday wouldn't have counted. It's only Wednesday now.
