does anyone know what the outcome was of the test cases that were going to court in january for bank charges?

It is still ongoing janetsflower.I am awaiting the result myself with hope that it goes the way of the customer.

This will go on for months yet. It is not a test case as such, only to determine whether the banks may have a case to answer.
