Going to Gran Canaria on Saturday and best euro exchange rate I can find is a measly 1.29. Anyone know what the rate is if I change pounds when I get there?
Thanks

Not sure, but its usually better to wait until you get there and then you can shop around or ask others who`ve been there for the winter months, they`ll be happy to put you right. Tip.....watch out for the Time Share sellers and just ignore them. I bought a Time Share and have regretted it ever since. Tip 2.....watch out at Maspalomas for the Germans. They push in front to get on buses and taxi`s. I had several rows with then to put it politely. Mind the naturalists beach, you might get a surprise or shock. Have a great time.
