Is it possible to have a bad credit history removed quickly from the record?.if it is which company can do this, and is there any cost?.can the credit record be repaired even if the individual caused the bad credit, and was not simply challenging a record he/she did not agree with/was not true?.

Not really I mean it would be pointless having the credit system if it could be so easily negated. It is possible in some cases to appeal against a particular debt and that can temporarily sanitize the debt but it is only temporary, This is what the debt 'clean up' companies do. The only real way is to repay debt and to then demonstrate you are capable of paying regular payments etc. It will take a long time before a bad credit record is clean enough for a lender to lend again.
If you are not careful you can end up paying money to these outfits for advice etc. which is of little or no value. In some cases they can suggest your doing things which are (or could be) illegal - such as saying in a Court document that you never received papers relating to a Court claim when in fact you had received them.

You should get your records from the credit reference agencies and check them. If what they show is correct, there is nothing you can do except pay off the debts as quickly as you can. Even so, the adverse entry will remain for 6 years from the date it was first entered. If any entries are wrong you can take them up with the CRA &/or the creditor to try & get them removed/corrected.
