I am a UK national who is going to be receiving commission payments from a US company. They have asked that I submit an IRS W-8 form so that they can pay my tax on these commission payments. Is there a more tax-efficient way of receiving these payments? Ie. set myself up as a UK limited company? Are there any other details I have to be careful/aware of?
