Does anyone know if there are any banks/major financial institutions in this country that still operate UK call centres?

Ethel

Nationwide, Coventry Buidling Society, HBoS, RBS, First Direct, Saga and Alliance & Leicester use UK only call centres.

Ltsb have just said they are going to close their indian call centre and bring it back to the uk due to customer pressure.

Natwest are Uk based, part of RBS as mentioned above.
