Do the claimant and their witnesses have to appear in person at a county court trial?
I am the self representing defendant in such a trial but do not know whether there is a requirement for the claimant to turn up in person and be cross examined etc.
My witnesses are to attend the trial but have not been officially called to do so by the claimant.
