i have a car on finance for 5 years, paid 2 years, want to voluntary terminate contract, can i do that, finance company says i carnt has the agreement i have is a bill of sale [it doesnt say it is] also on my agreement it says that i cancael this at any time but i carnt please help it will be much appreciated

does it say "Hire Purchase Agreement" on he form? If it does, then you will be able to VT after you have paid 1/2 the total amount of credit. If it does not state Hire Pucahse Agreement, then you will not be able to VT.
