has anybody used this form of payment and is it safe?thinking of buying something from China but they only accept this form of payment,is it dodgy?!

The method of payment is (reasonably) safe in itself, but if the vendor is dodgy there is no comeback if he pockets the money and doesn't send the goods.

Ebay advise against using it. I wouldn't use it.
