Somebody else with a last minute homework assignment to do (or else their appraisal form).

What was the situation?
A person on AB thought they could shortcut their own work by getting others to do it for them.

What did you do?
I wrote that person a short note back explaining that the world does not work like that and to demonstrate the competency, that person actually has to think of a situation where they communicated with someone else, during the course of their job.

What was the outcome?
With luck, I will later receive some positive feedback (and maybe even a few stars) to show that they now understand the purpose behind the question and what they have to do to answer it for themselves.
