Can I had my car back to the finanace company? It is a business car and we have had it for over 2 years on a 4 year deal. It is on a unregulated hire purchase..
The agreement was for 24K over 4 years.

No you can't - since it is an unregulated agreement, you have no protection of the 'halves' rule
