My aunt in canada has sent my Mother for Xmas 100 on an international money order.
It is made out in Sterling (GBP) and with Llloyds International.
She does not have a bank account, can she change it anywhere?
Thank you!!!

Two thoughts -

try Lloyds TSB

try a (main) Post Office - they change Canadian Money Orders issued by Canada Post and it's possible that they use Lloyds International as an intermediary. (In theory any Post Office but a smaller one will probably never have seen one and won't know if it's real or not)
Open a bank account.
