Does anyone know if they have rights to enter your home and check if you have a TV/licence. I am in a long standing dispute with them. Have always had one, but for some reason my details fall off their radar. In the past i have sent them letters, photocopies of the licence etc, still they think I don't have one. Year ago I had an inspector at the door, showed him my licence, he said fine, he would amend records, blah blah. Two days later the letters began again. Now I just ignore all their letters. They say they are going to come at some point and interview me under caution etc etc. Just wondering if they actually had the right to enter your house

they dont have to enter your house, their records show whether you have one or not,and if the records show you dont, then they take you to court usually,if their records are wrong and you do have one, then why are you protesting so much,if it goes to court just take it with you and show the magistrates,no problems.
